Classic Lemon Tart Recipe

A Classic Lemon Tart Recipe

A Classic Lemon Tart Recipe from Real Recipes

A Classic Lemon Tart Recipe

This is a Classic Lemon Tart Recipe. It is incredibly easy to make especially if you use shop bought pastry. Pastry which in my view is improving in quality all the time I like to experiment with his recipe. Place a layer of whisky marmalade on the bottom of the tart case and finish with the lemon mixture for a lemon and marmalade tart. Replace some of the lemon with lime and orange for a citrus tart. Replace the lemon with Seville Oranges for a bitter Orange Tart. Experiment!

Pot Roast Pheasant Recipe with Calvados, Cream, Cider and Apples

A Pot Roast Pheasant Recipe

Pot Roast Pheasant Recipe with Calvados, Cream, Cider and Apples

This Pot Roast Pheasant Recipe is served with Calvados, Cream, Cider and Apples. It is traditional French country cooking at its best. In this case a classic Normandy dish. The richness of the sauce works well with the gamey Pheasant. But do not expect to lose weight with this recipe! Try and obtain young pheasants about 900gm each in weight. In the UK these are generally those available before Christmas after this the Pheasants generally need to be casseroled. This dish will still work well with the birds available in January and February.
