This Harrira Recipe is a casserole rather than the more traditional Moroccan soup often eaten after Ramadan. This Arabic Casserole Recipe is perfect with Arab flatbread – make it yourself – fresh flatbread is so different than the dry and insipid pitta breads you can buy in the UK.
