Goats Cheese Tart Recipe

This Goats Cheese Tart recipe was inspired by a local micro supplier of Goats Cheese Fielding Cottage. I love their cheese and after tasting it I embarked upon the idea of finding a recipe which perfectly suited its mildly Goaty flavour and exceptional crumbly texture. I love it. If you get the chance and you are not squeamish I highly recommend their unpasteurised Goats Milk its beautiful! Obviously most makers of this Goats Cheese Tart Recipe will not be able to obtain this cheese. Stuffed Cabbage Leaves Recipe – with Spicy Tomato Sauce

A wonderful and excitingly different Vegetarian Recipe. This Stuffed Cabbage Leaves Recipe will satisfy the most hardened meat eater. Based upon the principle of the Greek Stuffed Vine Leaves Recipe. you can alter this as you wish. Change the vegetables in the stuffing but keep it in balance with the rice and change the spiciness of the Tomato Sauce by increasing or reducing the Chilli. To make the dish a little richer finish it by covering the leaves with grated cheese – Parmesan, Roquefort or Gruyere and then finish under the grill – experiment!

Carrot and Ginger Soup Recipe – with Orange

A Recipe for Carrot and Ginger Soup with Fresh Orange

A Recipe for Carrot and Ginger Soup with Fresh Orange

Carrot and Ginger Soup Recipe – with Orange

I developed this Carrot and Ginger Soup Recipe as a result of desperation – well a bit exaggerated really! I was making traditional Sunday Roast for 30 people when the weather turned bad and the snow meant no one could make it. I had to convert the traditional Sunday Roast into various storable recipes. This Carrot and Ginger soup with Orange is one of the results. I love it! The technique may seem unusual but after ten years of making soup for 50 people every day from whatever was available I Know it works!

Its best made with Roasted Carrots but given in most cases you won’t want to do this the recipe we provide is for a one step process. If you like vegetarian recipes try visiting our vegetarian recipes category for a great selection.
